Tom brings more than 20 years of global experience across financial services, telecom, industrial, software, and technology sectors. His work spans North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, where he has helped organizations modernize Product Management practices, improve discovery and lifecycle management, and transition from project-based delivery to more product-oriented operating models.
Known for blending strategic thinking with practical application, Tom combines customer-centered discovery, lifecycle management, and go-to-market alignment to help organizations build stronger product organizations and deliver greater business value.
Tom was a contributing author to The 42 Rules of Product Management and The 42 Rules of Product Marketing.
Tom holds the following certifications from the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM): Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Digital Product Manager (CDPM), Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM), and Agile Certified Product Manager & Product Owner (ACPMPO).
He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton, and an MBA with honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
