My Bio
He is a UX designer with 20+ years of experience who spends much of his time exploring what AI actually changes about how design and product work get done — not the hype version, but the day-to-day shift in workflows and responsibilities. By day he’s a Lead Product Designer at National Grid; outside of that, he runs StrongWith.AI, a consulting practice, and builds his own AI tools to test his ideas hands-on — including PRISM, a field guide for applied AI practice, and a multi-agent system he built to help write and edit his fantasy trilogy.
