END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)  Effective Date: 2025 June 23  This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “You”) and PRODUCTSIDE (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) governing your access to and use of our online course training program (the “Course”).  By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Course. 
  1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and upon full payment of applicable fees, PRODUCTSIDE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. 
  1. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree NOT to: 
  • Share, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or transfer your access to the Course. 
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Course content. 
  • Use the Course for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. 
  • Record, download, or redistribute Course materials without written permission. 
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Course content, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, presentations, and downloadable materials, remains the exclusive intellectual property of PRODUCTSIDE and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. 
  1. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
  • Access to the Course is granted upon successful payment. 
  • 30 day refund policy. 
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect previously purchased courses. 
  1. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course without notice if you violate this Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be issued. 
  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Course is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that: 
  • The Course will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. 
  • Any learning outcomes or certifications will be recognized by third parties. 
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRODUCTSIDE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage arising from your use of the Course. 
  1. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in the state of Delaware, unless otherwise required by law. 
  1. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

MARKETING & TESTIMONIALS With your purchase, you agree that PRODUCTSIDE may use any feedback, testimonials, quotes, or reviews you provide—whether written, recorded, or submitted through surveys or communications—for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. You also grant PRODUCTSIDE the right to use your name, likeness, and any submitted photograph or video in connection with such testimonials, unless you notify us in writing requesting otherwise
