Learn iterative customer-led product management methodology used by successful companies to develop products and services that matter.
Optimal Product Management™ is a training course that teaches students the core knowledge and skills that are necessary to be highly effective at product management. Through a combination of lecture, discussion, and intensive hands-on exercises, attendees will learn:
- The knowledge and practice necessary to be an excellent Product Manager in any company that develops products or services for sale, or internal applications.
- Flexible and robust techniques to manage any product or service, at any stage in the product life cycle, using the Productside Blueprint.
- How to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders and prioritize product development by focusing on delivering product and business outcomes.

- 12:30 PM – Resume Work (Afternoon Session)
- 2:00 PM – Afternoon Break 1 (10 minutes)
- 3:30 PM – Afternoon Break 2 (10 minutes)
- 5:00 – 5:30 PM – End of Day
- Water and coffee will be provided daily.
- Lunch will be on your own during the 1-hour daily lunch break with dining options within walking distance.
