Agile Product Management covers Agile from the product management seat, not just the development team’s, and prepares you for the AIPMM Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner exam.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the difference between the Product Manager and Product Owner roles and how to build an effective partnership between them
  • Apply Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, to your product management practice
  • Connect product vision and strategy to an outcome-based roadmap that works within an Agile environment
  • Write user stories, manage the backlog, and help your team plan and execute sprints effectively
  • Align stakeholders to the roadmap and product vision, and lead with confidence when priorities change
