As a technology executive, I lead with clarity, creativity, and conviction. I’ve spent 15+ years transforming some of the most recognizable brands—Sephora/LVMH, Walmart, Sears—into platforms that don’t just serve customers, but delight them. My work spans physical and digital experiences, AI and last-mile logistics, personalization and loyalty—always with one goal: to deliver measurable impact and meaning at scale.
I’m a builder and a change agent. At Walmart, I launched Spark Delivery and GoLocal—last-mile platforms that scaled nationally and powered delivery for both Walmart and external retailers. At Sephora, I oversee a $100M+ technology investment driving digital transformation, leading personalization, loyalty, and omnichannel experiences that reached 45M+ customers across eCommerce, mobile, and stores. I’ve built high-performing teams across product, design, data, and engineering—and delivered consistently across complexity, scale, and speed.
I believe technology should feel invisible, but make everything better. Raised in a family of writers, I bring a storyteller’s instinct to strategy and a systems thinker’s clarity to execution.
